Upgrades:
- Upgrading from the Essentials Package to the Portal Plus Package requires full payment of the Portal Plus price, as it includes additional materials and portal access.
- Upgrades from the Portal Plus Package to the Strategic Insight or Team Mastery Packages will be prorated. Please contact us for a custom invoice.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our digital content and downloadable materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided for completed purchases.
